This new MTO from Alden takes inspiration from classic camp moccasins wornin the great Northeast - think fishing trip to a lake cabin in Vermont but better. The Loden suede gives an earthy, outdoorsy feel while still keeping it dressy enough for daily wear. We chose the Sahara wedge sole for the comfort and weight reduction as well as giving the shoe a slightly more built up look. The hand sewn toe stitch and antique flat welt creates a balanced visual transition between the wedge sole and the suede upper, giving a familiarlook and comfortable feel.
